Frank Residential Row Homes Return…

MSROWThe following Article appeared in “The Main Street Magazine” September Issue, by Pat Redfield

…A few years back, we saw the completion of 61 Row Homes on Main Street and Sunrise Lane in Verrado.

Frank Residential was the distinguished builder.  The Row Homes received much attention due to their charming architecture, close proximity to Main Street with all it offers and a renewed interest in urban living with “lock and leave” potential, surrounded by the beauty of Verrado.

The Row Homes were never long on the market, they have been snapped up quickly as they have become available over the years.

As you may have noticed…back by popular demand, Frank Residential is building once again, in the heart of Verrado. These 15 new Row Homes are a perfect fit for full or part-time residents looking for low maintenance living with high quality craftsmanship and affordability.

There are 4 under contract/construction along Verrado Way already. The remainder will be between Verrado Way and Golf Drive, with Main Street to the South and Sunrise Lane to the North.

There are two floor plans available; The Terrace and The Veranda.

The Terrace will have an approximate square footage of 2,376 with three bedrooms, and 2 ½ baths.  The Veranda is approximately 1,735 sq. ft. with the Master Bedroom on the first floor and a choice of one or two bedrooms on the second floor.  Alternatively, a buyer can choose to have one bedroom upstairs (with full bathroom) and a loft area. Both floor plans offer the availability of a casita (approximately 450 sq. ft.) over the two car garage.

Like the original 61 units, the new Row Homes are a short distance to Basha’s, Bank of America, Grazie Italian Restaurant, The Raven Golf Club and Grille, CVS Pharmacy and The Center on Main (also known as the Community Center).

This is exciting for Verrado! The Row Homes are in high demand and seeing them built out, finishing that area between Verrado Way, Main Street, Golf Drive and Sunrise Lane is a great indication of growth and health in the Real Estate Market and also in Verrado!

A number of home builders recently paid a combined $25.2 Million for lots in the master-planned Verrado community in Buckeye, AZ.

Records recently filed with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office show that five home builders handed over roughly $25.2 Million last week for 367 lots at the Verrado master-planned community in Buckeye.

The bulk of the lots purchased, 309, represent Verrado’s third phase, which is an extension of the existing Heritage District that’s planned for approximately 634 total homes on about 200 acres on the south end of the project along Verrado Way between Thomas and McDowell roads.
